     This is a request for public records pursuant to A.R.S. 39-121.

Please furnish me a certified copy of the following public record:

1. The name(s) of the individual(s) who program(s) the software source code that counts the ballots for Nov.7, 2000 election in Maricopa County.

2. The credentials of the programmer and his employer's name and address

3. Is the software source code that counts the ballots patented?

4. Is the same type of ballot counting software program available from any other vendors nationally? From what other companies?

5. Does the vendor that supplies the software program for ballot counting also provide the hardware to Maricopa County?
