"Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything." Communist Tyrant Josef Stalin

The "Ruling Elite", through their five Big TV Networks, AP wire service, and two major papers, the New York Times and Washington Post, are making peaceful change impossible at the ballot box, -- via Vote Fraud, Media Censorship, and Poll Fraud, and the flood of illegal aliens who are becoming registered voters . . . President Kennedy talked about this:

"If you make peaceful change impossible..... you make violent revolution inevitable." President John F Kennedy

Go to to hear (or read the text) of the Radio Ads which are now airing over WLW Radio (which reaches into 38 states at night)and other stations -- exposing the easily rigged computerized elections which are about to "elect" the next President, and also exposing the coordinated news and censorship of the 5 Big TV Networks. Thanks to Ken Lowndes for Congress, the radio stations MUST air these ads. They're tough. They're "outrageous" -- and you've never heard anyting like it on TV or Radio.

The three prongs of Big Media election manipulation are: Massive coverage of favored Candidates, and Censorship of all other candidates -- including warped Public Opinion Polls for months before the election; phony exit polls done by joint effort of the Big TV Networks on Election Day, and easily rigged computerized vote counting on election day -- which make the polls and exit polls come true. (On election day, the people are barred from touching or counting their ballots, the election officials are barred from knowing what is in the software program that instructs the computers how to count the votes.)

PJB Endorses Votefraud Investigation, Action to Restore Verifiable Elections

Below is the commentary on PJB’s recent Trip to Phoenix with a Transcript of part of Pat Buchanan's Press Conference on 10-30-00 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. --- filed by Dan Gutenkauf.

Here begins Dan Gutenkauf’s report:

Pat was scheduled to give his press conference at the Phoenix Hyatt Regency at 10:00 a.m. He arrived at the hotel lobby about 15 minutes late to a double line of about 60-70 enthusiastic supporters who were holding Buchanan-Foster campaign signs and cheering.

Pat and Shelley were obviously surprised and pleased by the warm reception. They made their way through the lobby, shaking hands, and listening to comments as they proceeded. I was near the end of the line, and after shaking hands with Pat, I gave him a copy of Relevance magazine's November1996 16 page article "Pandora's Black Box – Did It Really Count Your Vote?" and the New Yorker magazine's November 7, 1988 article on computer voting [The Dangers of Computerized Elections by Ronnie Dugger].

I also handed him a copy of my letter to the Governor and Secretary of State of Arizona, demanding a manual count of the ballots under section B of Arizona Revised Statutes 16-621. I briefly explained the documents, and Pat handed them to one of his aides for later review.

Pat then took the escalator up to the second floor to a mid-size conference room. I left the lobby to re-park my van in a garage before the meter expired. I was back at the conference room within 5-8 minutes. Pat was in the middle of answering a question from the press:

Begin transcript of part of PJB’s answer: “. . . and I think this is why Americans are not coming out to the polls in the numbers that they used to. They don't think it makes a real difference, and they also believe that politicians tend to tell them one thing, and get elected and then go and do another. But I do think they believe that I'm someone who means what he says and says what he means.”

Pat then had one of his assistants load a video tape and he asked " How many of you think this one is too mean spirited?"

The first commercial simulated an auction. "What will you give for Al Gore? Do I hear ten million dollars? Or forty-five? Ten(?) million dollars from Hollywood can stop George Bush. Bush and Gore for sale to the highest bidder. They'll work for special interest groups, but for ----- you, they'll do nothing.” Then Pat begins speaking: “The two beltway parties are bought and paid for. We are not! This election day, help us build a third party that puts Americans first.”

(This commercial received enthusiastic applause and whistles from the those on hand.)

After Pat answered some questions about illegal immigrants invading our borders and other issues, Arizona finance chairman Russ Wittenberg told Pat that Dan Gutenkauf had a statement to make.

At that point, I (Dan Gutenkauf) stood up and began: “Yeah, Pat, I wanted to let you know that 4 years ago my brother Dennis and I went to monitor the vote count at the polls. We had a copy of the law and the attorney general's opinion that said we had a right to be there. We were threatened with arrest. And we filed a lawsuit that went all the way to the Supreme Court. The Judges ignored our case law and our evidence. They dismissed the case. However, today we are going over to the
Governor's office to present to her documentation, both from Relevance Magazine and from The New Yorker Magazine about how the computers can be manipulated seven different ways with the vote count -- and it's undetectable. And as legal researchers, we've studied the law. I spoke at Citizens For a Fair Vote Count (conference) this August in Cincinnati, Ohio. And the research that we've uncovered since coming back says that, by Arizona law, that if you can show that it's “impracticable”, which means if it's “unwise or imprudent”, to use the tabulating equipment to count the votes, that the officer in charge of elections shall direct that the count . . . that the ballots be counted manually, the same way as they do paper ballots. We are going, after this conference, to submit this notice and demand to the Governor, Secretary of State, County Director of Elections, County Board of Supervisors. And the people need to know that this is the law. And the law provides criminal and statutory penalties . . . uh, criminal and civil penalties if they do not follow that law in section B.”

Pat responded, “More power to you! More power to you!"

I passed forward a copy to Pat of the 10-15-00 Tribune newspaper article on the lawsuit that my brother Dennis and I filed for deprivation of our constitutional rights at the polls. Our lawsuit forced Maricopa County Elections to amend their election worker training manual and cease the County policy of intimidating electors. I also gave Pat a 3-inch lime green button to wear that said "I Want an Honest Vote Count!"

Reform party member and activist Winston Palmer chimed in “It's a known fact here that Buchanan was way ahead here in Arizona in the '96 Primary. The computers went down and they came back up, Forbes has the lead. Did you know that?”

Pat replied, “I heard that they were holding the machines up for a while . . . was about one or two o'clock or something like that, when they brought 'em back, and they worked better after they brought 'em back!” (The audience responded with laughter.)

Pat continued, “Exactly! I heard all about that and I know my friend Jim Condit out there in Cincinnati has done a great job on this. And I've been telling folks, the only thing I regret is we simply don't have the resources at headquarters or in our campaign. We're very slim and we travel with just the three or four of us, Shelley, me and one or two aides. And that's all we've got traveling around. And the headquarters are overwhelmed right now, trying to schedule us, and trying to run the
ads, and trying to keep people informed out here “in the provinces” as to where we are going to appear next. So we don't have the resources. So folks have got to do that, as you do it, right here at the local level.”

The final comment and question came from a lady who complained about the media blackout on Pat, and she asked him if he knew where he actually stands in the polls.

Pat said, “I've seen the national polls . . . that doesn't look good, but I don't know exactly whether to believe those or what. We're just going to have to wait for the big poll on election day -- and hope we get an honest count.”

Several people in the audience shouted "We love you in Arizona, Pat."

Pat responded “Thank you very much.”

He exited the conference to catch a plane for another press stop with multiple interviews in Salt Lake City and then in Denver.

End of report filed by Dan Gutenkauf

It is clear from this transcript – made verbatim from an audiotape by Dan Gutenkauf, who was also present at the press conference, that Pat Buchanan is, in effect, giving marching orders to – or pleading with --the Reform Party grassroots, and Americans in general, to become active and work mightily to restore and ensure honest, verifiable elections. He
encouraged Dan Gutenkauf to continue on with his excellent efforts in Phoenix, Arizona -- to continue using the law -- and to work at the local level to restore honest, verifiable elections for our people.

The efforts of Dan Gutenkauf in Arizona (see e-wire from 9-3-00 in news section of, and Chuck Geshlider in Pahrump Nevada (see e-wires from 9-5-00 in the news section of, are paving the way for grassroots activists in every county to do the job that needs to be done if we are to restore true freedom to our country.

The West Virginia Reform Party, under the leadership and guidance of Jerry Heinemann, has already passed a Citizens for a Fair Vote Count resolution – which calls the banning of all computerized and machine systems – and for an honest verifiable count of paper ballots by local voters, with the results posted at the local polling place before the ballots leave the neighborhood precinct.

And the Constitution Party, under the leadership of Howard Phillips, deserves full credit for accurately identifying and defining this issue correctly in its National Platform in 1992, 1996, and 2000. We at Citizens for a Fair Vote Count look forward to working with the state organizations of the Constitution Party in this desperate drive to expose the easily rigged computerized elections which have been deceptively slipped into place in the while the American people were looking the other way.

Based on the above statements by Patrick J. Buchanan, I would plead with every state Reform Party organization to follow the lead of West Virginia, and pass a sound resolution calling for the banning of computerized voting systems, and a return to paper ballots, hand counted by the people.

And, for the next four years, every state and county organization should be following the lead of Dan Gutenkauf in Arizona and Chuck Geshlider in Nevada to demand our rights as citizens to KNOW that our votes are counted honestly, as the Supreme Court has ruled twice in this century (United States v. Mosley; & Reynolds v. Sims.).

The entire reason I – along with my father, brothers, friends and associates -- have stuck with this “votefraud vs. honest elections” effort for 21 years – was to help keep the information alive for this day. The entire purpose of this Network America e-wire, of Citizens for a Fair Vote Count, of and of --- is to be a vehicle for information, research, investigative efforts, and action efforts --- so that citizen groups in every county could someday
join the battle in every corner of this country without having to “rediscover the wheel” – so that they could build immediately and continuously upon the research and experience of the researchers, investigators, and activists that have come before them – until the job of restoring honest, verifiable elections is accomplished.

Now, with this encouragement from Reform Party Presidential candidate Patrick J. Buchanan, the hour is at hand. The decisive battle for our country will take place over the next four years – IF we are up to the job. IF we can destroy the credibility of the five big TV networks through use of the internet (the internet will be combined with television quality pictures within two years, according to some), -- IF we can expose the “False Opposition” groups blocking real reform (such
as the Republican Party, the National Right to Life Committee, the Christian Coalition, and the National Rifle Association), -- AND IF we can establish a grassroots organization in each county that restores paper ballots, hand counted by the people – then we can take back our country in 2004.

The time to start is: NOW. O.K. After a brief rest following the General Election.

(In a day or two we will have our predictions for election night, 2000.)
